Pre-Order Information
If you're considering ordering a pre-order item from our website, please note the following information. Pre-order items are special orders made to order, and understanding these guidelines will ensure a smooth experience.
Payments for pre-ordered items are charged immediately upon checkout, not when shipped.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your pre-ordered item at any time before the estimated shipment date, which is provided on the item description page. To do so, please contact us at sethmilotcompany@gmail.com. If you cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
Contact →If you order a pre-order item along with an in-stock item, your order may arrive in multiple shipments, but you'll only be charged one shipping fee if applicable.
Returns of pre-ordered items are accepted within 15 business days from the date your pre-ordered item has shipped. Please contact us to initiate a return.

We cannot guarantee the actual delivery date, but we'll keep the information as updated and accurate as possible. We also cannot guarantee that your order will ship on any specific date. We'll process all orders in the order they are received.
