Construction Notes
Every piece begins as a flat pattern — cut by hand, joined stitch by stitch. The mechanic of a garment is the discipline behind its ease: the invisible structure that lets it move with you.
We engineer the wrong side of a piece as carefully as the right. Seam allowances, hem weights, grain direction — these decisions are not visible, but they are felt for the life of the garment.
A well-made piece does not announce itself. It simply lasts, and improves with wear — the way a manual is meant to be read slowly, then returned to often.
